In Gold Class this week, the children have been continuing an autumn theme with their focus book ‘Leaf Man’. They looked closely at the illustrations in the book and noticed that they were all made out of autumn leaves.  The children then created their own leaf pictures using autumn leaves. Zuhni and Nayah made a leaf man and Harry made a dinosaur. They also learnt how to use red, yellow and blue powder paint to mix the autumn leaf colours.  Kalyani said “Red, orange and blue” when she looked at the paint. “It’s working! It’s changing colour!” Jamie said as he mixed his paint.
